Jianlong Jia (Fernandez Lab, LHI), member of the CPC Research School, received the Best Abstract Award for Thoracic Oncology at the ERS International Congress 2023 (September 9th-13th) in Milan, Italy.
His abstract entitled 'Integrated multi-omics unraveled a basal cell-dependent signature predictor of outcome and immunotherapy response in LUSC' won him a waiver of the conference fees and a travel allowance of 300 euros.
